DRAFT — to be reviewed by a lawyer before going live. This text was written from what the product actually does, but it has not been checked by a legal professional. The bracketed fields are facts only the publisher can supply.

1. The service

Frank reads a website you point it at and produces video ads from it. Reading the site, the identity sheet that results and the ad ideas it proposes are free and require no account. Producing an ad requires credits, obtained by subscription or as a one-off pack.

2. Account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what is done from your account. One person, one account.

3. Reading a site

Frank reads public pages only and signs in to nothing. It walks the site, films it, and keeps short video clips used to show your product in your ads. By supplying an address you confirm you are entitled to have it read, filmed, and its content used for advertising. Free readings are limited to three per IP address per day.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Frank to promote unlawful products, impersonate anyone, or produce content about a site you have no rights to. Accounts doing so are suspended.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance. Where an interruption prevents an ad from being produced, no credit is debited.
